KUNAL ICON is a big township comprising of approximately 832 flats in 31+ different 6 & 7 storey buildings, 41 rowhouses and a magnificent Shopping complex accommodating roughly 30+ shops. Kunal-icon project spans across 16 acres with total project area about approx. 25,000 sq. ft.

Pimpale Saudagar (also branded as Generic Aundh, Aundh Annexe) is the fastest growing real-estate market in North-Western Pune. Kunal-icon project is one of the pioneer residential projects in this neighbourhood, which soon transformed into a mini-city of its own.
